Product Info
Weigert’s solution A is a 1% w/v solution of hematoxylin in reagent alcohol. Weigert’s solution B is an aqueous solution of ferric chloride and hydrochloric acid. The working iron/hematoxylin stain is made by mixing the two solutions 1:1. Both Items are manufactured in the United States by Medical Chemical Corp.
